Types of reservations and their cancellation
At Behappy Lodge & Brunch, guests may make three types of reservations: Flexible Rate, Non-Refundable Rate, and Long-Stay Reservation.
Flexible Rate
The Flexible Rate consists of reserving a room or bed with no mandatory advance payment.
Guarantee and Pre-Authorization:
At the time of booking, there are two possible guarantee methods:
Option A — Valid credit/debit card
- A pre-authorization will be made at the time of booking for card verification only.
- Starting 48 hours before arrival, a new pre-authorization for the amount of the first night will be made.
- Payment for the stay is made at check-in.
Option B — First night payment
- The first night is paid at the time of booking (refundable within the cancellation policy).
- No additional pre-authorizations will be made.
- The remaining balance of the stay is paid at check-in.
Cancellation:
- Allowed up to 48 hours before 00:00 on the day of arrival.
- In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
The Non-Refundable Rate consists of reserving a room or bed with full payment required at the time of booking.
Guarantee and Payment:
- A valid credit card must be provided.
- The total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation and No-Show:
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Long-Stay Reservation
A long-stay reservation is defined as a booking of a room or bed for a minimum of 28 nights.
Guarantee and Payments:
- Initial non-refundable deposit of 20% at the time of booking.
- Payment of 30% of the total amount up to 30 days before arrival (non-refundable).
- Payment of the remaining 50% up to 14 days before arrival (non-refundable).
Cancellation:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before 00:00 on the day of arrival.
- Cancellations after this deadline will incur charges for the amounts already due according to the payment schedule.
No-Show:
- In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
Terms of payment
- The amount of the stay and additional services must be paid in advance according to the selected rate.
- Under the Non-Refundable Rate, payment is made at the time of booking.
- Under the Flexible Rate, payment is made at check-in (unless the first night has been paid as a guarantee).
- For Long-Stay Reservations, the phased deadlines indicated above apply.
When the length of stay is not previously defined, the amount corresponding to each night and respective extras must be paid in advance by 12:00.
For stays without a specified departure date, failure to pay under the terms above constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the contract, requiring the Guest to vacate the room and return it to Behappy free of persons and belongings and in good condition.
Arrival and departure

Behappy Lodge & Brunch will make available to the Client a room or bed of the reserved category from the date of arrival or, if the Client has not made a reservation and contracts the accommodation at the lodge reception, according to the desired category and according to the hotel availability.

Upon arrival at the lodge, the Customer must immediately pay the price due for the room, number of nights’ stay and additional services.

After check-in, the Customer will be given a code to access the room that will remain valid for the contracted period of stay.

On the date of departure the Customer must leave the room unoccupied and undamaged by 11:00 am.

If the room is not vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure, compensation corresponding to the price of one night’s stay at the lodge will be charged. Otherwise you must pay the compensation and leave the room as soon as possible.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on room availability.
Early check-in and late check-out possible with prior reservation and associated cost.
The lodge has the right to refuse early check-in or late check-out requests in case of lack of availability.
Animals

It is strictly forbidden to house animals at the Be Happy Lodge & Brunch.

The introduction of animals in the hotel by the Guest will allow Behappy Lodge & Brunch to immediately terminate the contract with the Guest and force him/her to leave the hotel without being refunded the amounts paid for the room during the contracted period of stay.
Client behavior

Only the persons named in the lodging reservation will be entitled to use the lodge room.

Clients must treat the lodge room with care and consideration.

The Customer must treat other customers of the lodge with consideration and respect the hotel rules posted in the lodge, if applicable, which are also part of the accommodation contract.

Smoking is prohibited within the Behappy Lodge & Brunch premises.

The hotel is not responsible for any object or document that has not been left in its custody.

Minors under 18 years of age staying at the hotel must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or other duly authorized adult. The hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying the adults as parents, teachers or authorized persons.

The Guest is strongly advised not to keep or leave without any money, jewelry, valuables or other valuable items left in the lodge room.

Behappy Lodge & Brunch assumes no responsibility in the event of theft, loss or deterioration of valuables such as money, jewelry or other objects of considerable value should such events take place in the lodge room.

The Lodge reserves the right to expel guests who are acting in an unfair, offensive and threatening manner towards other guests or employees.

It is forbidden to keep dangerous items in the rooms, such as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials and psychoactive substances.

During the stay, it is forbidden to make excessive noise that disturbs the rest of the other clients and to have behaviors considered inappropriate.

Guests must respect the hours of silence: 22:00 to 08:00.
