Types of reservations and their cancellation
  1. At Behappy Lodge & Brunch, the customer can make three types of reservations: flexible
    reservations, non-refundable reservations, and long-term reservations.

  2. Flexible reservations can be made without previous payment.

    One valid credit card will be required as a guarantee at the time of booking.

    In this type of reservation, a pre-authorization of the total amount is made 48 hours before the arrival date for credit card verification only.

    The flexible rate allows cancellation up to 48 hours before 3PM on the day of arrival.

    In case of a No-Show or cancellation after 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.

  3. A non-refundable reservation consists in the reservation of a room or bed with total payment required at the time of booking.

    In this type of reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking and the total amount is charged.

    In case of cancellation or No-Show, the reservation amount is fully charged.

  4. Long-term reservation involves booking a room or bed for a minimum of 28 nights. A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee it.

    In this type of reservation, 30% of the total reservation value is charged 30 days before the day of arrival. The remaining amount is charged 7 days before arrival.

    The long-term rate allows cancellation up to 30 days before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

    In case of cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the total reservation value will be charged.

    In the case of a No-Show or cancellation after 7 days from arrival, the total reservation value will be charged.

Terms of payment
  1. The amount of the stay and prices for additional services must be paid in advance. In the case of the non-refundable rate, it is payable at the time of booking. In the case of the flexible rate, it is payable upon check-in.

  2. If the length of the Customer’s stay is not specified, the price of the stay and prices for additional services for each night must be paid in advance by 12 noon.

  3. In the case of stays without a specified departure date, failure to pay the price of the stay and additional services under the terms set out in the previous number determines the immediate termination of the contract and immediately obliges the Client to vacate the room and deliver it to Behappy free of people and goods and in good condition.

Arrival and departure
  1. Behappy Lodge & Brunch will make available to the Client a room or bed of the reserved category from the date of arrival or, if the Client has not made a reservation and contracts the accommodation at the lodge reception, according to the desired category and according to the hotel availability.

  2. Upon arrival at the lodge, the Customer must immediately pay the price due for the room, number of nights’ stay and additional services.

  3. After check-in, the Customer will be given a code to access the room that will remain valid for the contracted period of stay.

  4. On the date of departure the Customer must leave the room unoccupied and undamaged by 11:00 am.

  5. If the room is not vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure, compensation corresponding to the price of one night’s stay at the lodge will be charged. Otherwise you must pay the compensation and leave the room as soon as possible.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: until 11:00

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on room availability.

Early check-in and late check-out possible with prior reservation and associated cost.

The lodge has the right to refuse early check-in or late check-out requests in case of lack of availability.

Animals
  1. It is strictly forbidden to house animals at the Be Happy Lodge & Brunch.

  2. The introduction of animals in the hotel by the Guest will allow Behappy Lodge & Brunch to immediately terminate the contract with the Guest and force him/her to leave the hotel without being refunded the amounts paid for the room during the contracted period of stay.

Client behavior
  1. Only the persons named in the lodging reservation will be entitled to use the lodge room.

  2. Clients must treat the lodge room with care and consideration.

  3. The Customer must treat other customers of the lodge with consideration and respect the hotel rules posted in the lodge, if applicable, which are also part of the accommodation contract.

  4. Smoking is prohibited within the Behappy Lodge & Brunch premises.

  5. The hotel is not responsible for any object or document that has not been left in its custody.

  6. Minors under 18 years of age staying at the hotel must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or other duly authorized adult. The hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying the adults as parents, teachers or authorized persons.

  7. The Guest is strongly advised not to keep or leave without any money, jewelry, valuables or other valuable items left in the lodge room.

  8. Behappy Lodge & Brunch assumes no responsibility in the event of theft, loss or deterioration of valuables such as money, jewelry or other objects of considerable value should such events take place in the lodge room.

  9. The Lodge reserves the right to expel guests who are acting in an unfair, offensive and threatening manner towards other guests or employees.

  10. It is forbidden to keep dangerous items in the rooms, such as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials and psychoactive substances.

  11. During the stay, it is forbidden to make excessive noise that disturbs the rest of the other clients and to have behaviors considered inappropriate.

  12. Guests must respect the hours of silence: 22:00 to 08:00.
